Tasmania’s west coast turned on idyllic weather conditions for the 2022 Tasmania Police Charity Trust Bike Ride.

More than 70 police and civilian riders set off from Sheffield on 1 December, heading for the states challenging west coast.

Over the three day event, riders covered almost 400 kilometres of winding roads and steep climbs in their campaign to raise money for children in need.

On the route from Sheffield, to Cradle Mountain, Strahan, Queenstown and Tarraleah, the riders enjoyed sunshine and tailwinds.

The funds raised will go to Autism Tasmania and St Giles – and we’ll provide an update soon how much was raised.
